Well, it has been a good week. We've received a fair bit of new snow earlier in the week, backed up with cold temps that have consolidated the snow, leaving a dry winter pack all over.

We have received 22cm of fresh winter snow in the past 24 hours, and the weather is clear. Today we have light winds and clear skies, should be another epic powder day.

It's been snowing all day, with some heavy falls. As of first thing this morn (monday 30th) we had 15cm on the upper mountain, slightly less down low. It has continued to snow, we are expecting more tonight also

Clear, calm with winter snow
Another couple of cm of snow overnight on top of about 20cm or so in the past couple of days. It's currently still cool on the ski area with -2 at the base area and light winds, we are above the low cloud, an epic day ahead.

'It's Dumping' - 10-15cm this morning...
It's snowing heavily on the mountain this morning. A Southerly front passing through is bringing fresh snow. Here's the update through from Uli this morning: "It's dumping up here. We've had 10 -15cm of champagne powder (only 5% humidity!!) this morning."

Saturday Update - 14th Aug
Well, we have held up really well. We've received some rain on the ski area, and with a moist snowpack, we have focused today on ensuring the pack is stable, and completing snow safety controlwork.
